She nodded glumly, slowing her pace behind him. It did not feel right to speak at the moment. Perhaps she wanted to freeze him out, but it wasn't in her not to be kind and cheerful. This was an adjustment. Fear rattled her more than most. Her safety was her own priority right now, nobody else's. She wanted to ask what his plans were for her but resisted. She was scared of the answer. Instead, she asked a question that she didn't doubt was the right one. "Do... you want me to help?"

Her eyes roamed the Prairie, refusing to look at her captor at the moment. Why was she being so... petty? Ignis could say no. He could toss her aside easily, physically and emotionally. But if he wanted her to stay put during his hunt... Well, perhaps she should not arise suspicion in him. The chance to flee would come eventually. She would need to be patient, weather this storm. Eden hung her head, shamefully. "I do not know how to hunt very well..." she admitted softly to him.
