not taking visitors

Hanako's stomach rumbled and ached but still she refused to eat the food offered. She didn't think there was anything outwardly wrong with it, didn't worry it was laced with poison or anything like that. No, she was simply being stubborn. Turned up her nose at whatever was offered to her, even harrumphed loudly for good measure. Yet another mess of her own making, one that gnawed at her from within as she squeezed her eyes shut, huddled in the corner of the room on her makeshift bed. One she'd rather insistently put together herself, with stolen furs and blankets pilfered from what she deemed Sparrow's half of the room. This spot here, beyond the invisible line was hers, thank you very much.

That still didn't stop visitors swanning in like they owned the place, like her presence alone was reason enough to gawk. Telling them to leave didn't do much, the pirates were a stubborn bunch, almost as bad as their king. She might not have minded it as much if they were just here to be social, maybe say hello and try to raise her spirits, but none so far had even tried such an approach. Maybe Sparrow had told them to do that too, to make her stay here as miserable as possible.

Well it was working.
