To be honest once upon a time Emer would have been in a rather similar position to Arella. Her own life had been very sheltered up until the moment she chose to leave. The wolves she spoke to had been members of her pack, wolves she had grown up around and the family knew well. She hadn't really felt that restless feeling though, strange then that here she was with no idea if she would return home. Her urge to travel had been to make a point more than anything else, and now she was out and about, truth be told that point seemed less and less important with each and every day.

Perhaps it was that sheltered upbringing that had left her so quiet, others had generally taken over the speaking in group environments and if she found herself alone with anyone, it was a wolf that she knew well, and one that equally understood she wasn't exactly the most talkative girl in the world. It wasn't a hard fact to notice about her, and it seemed that the dark female before her was already catching onto that fact, not that she mentioned it at all, at least not yet anyway.

Instead the topic was brought to packs. "Are you from a pack? I am from Valhalla!" Whilst her natural scent still remained, no longer did she carry the one of her pack, faded and mingled with all kinds of different ones from her long travels. It well and truly fitted the description of a rogue, and although once she had planned to eventually return home, now she'd be lying if she answered a simple yes to Arella's question. "No, not right now." She didn't expand too much upon her answer, she didn't exactly want to tell her life's story and was certain that no one would really want to hear it anyway. The statement was the truth and it would do the job. "Is Valhalla the pack that's nearby then?" She of course had already put two and two together, though thought perhaps she ought to say something else. Perhaps Arella would speak a little more about her home, not that the idea of joining was one that had crossed into Emer's mind at all.
