In her assault they collided, once as her teeth skittered across the boy’s shoulder, twice as his own jaws wrapped around the skin of her thigh, almost missing it entirely, but the bite was strong enough to hold her. A snarl tore from her lips, her back leg kicking inanely in instinct more than strategy. It was the clear that he had the upper hand, especially now. He was stronger than her, more experienced. If she didn’t act now, her defeat was almost certain.

Trapped between iron jaws, she didn’t have much opportunity to attack. And so, she took a shot at his own underbelly, teeth lashing out at much the same area he had her held now. She didn’t have nearly the amount of attack power, but she had some at least.
