As the male moves to close the short distance, lips pull back to reveal her teeth. He goes for her scruff and she lets him, feeling his teeth cut bloody furrows into her will she quickly strikes out at the front leg closest to her. She aims to bite the flesh in the middle of his leg, hoping to leave the boy with a few small, stinging wounds. As she bites, Tove shifts her weight backward and tries to pull the boy’s legs with her, hoping to throw him off balance.
