He was getting tired of arguing with her. He started to turn around so he could just walk away, assuming she would do the same and that would be the end of it, but no. "I told you before," His tattered ear flicked back as he took a couple more steps, "I know you have... two sides," He froze in place. "so why do you keep me around? You're...! You're the lesser evil now, aren't you? You could have released me, just as I could have told Sparrow. Your other side isn't showing, and now you're confused about what to do with me." God dammit! He thought in frustration before she spoke again, "You don't care if the Plunder knows the truth," Now it was his turn to get riled up. "you don't care about anyone but yourself." He turned, abruptly as another snarl erupted from his jaws again, echoing throughout the caverns. If anyone was asleep in here, it would've definitely woken them up. But he was pretty sure they were alone, otherwise someone would've yelled at them to shut the fuck up the moment their argument had started. "You don't know shit!" He barked. Loudly. The sound echoed again, rattling the walls and practically matching the strength of the thunder outside. He vaguely heard the clack of loose pebbles drop, but his focus was on her. Again. And it was at this time he knew he was probably going to lose it. And not in the way he usually did...which fucking terrified him. |
