Bears, Bears, And More Bears

Strix trots happily next to his father, the small boy happy to out by the falls with his dad. The newest land of Fenmyre has been known to still have trouble with predators showing up and the pair are out here to make sure nothing is encroaching on their land. They hear it long before the grizzly bear comes into view; the ripping of bark and deep grunts giving the beast away.

Mismatched eyes look to Chimera as the shorter boy checks to make sure it is okay to attack. Only when his father agrees and releases him, does Strix take off, making a wide circuit around the large ursine until he is behind it. His powerful sire charges it straight on and the smaller but faster boy rushes in to pepper the bear’s back legs with annoying bites.
