“Lava Rocks” but sung to the tune of Thunderstruck

Aryn had barely completed her leap before a hard impact came down directly upon her open muzzle. The pain was intense and brought water to her eyes, her ears ringing for the second time in this raid. A companion joined the fight, working it's way between Aryn and Ignis' back and forcing her even further back. She was forced to disengage, but saw that her distraction had somewhat succeeded. Veigar had been able to maneuver enough to get a solid bite of retaliation in, and Ignis had dropped his weight back down to the ground.

The sharp scratches and pokes of the enraged cockatoo were easier to push through when Veigar was still in danger, and Aryn charged back through the companions assault to rejoin the fight. Her ears pinned, her eyes narrowed, her muzzle wrinkling and her shoulders rolling forward to try and defend what little she could from the bird's assault. Ignis was attempting to deepen the wound upon Veigar's shoulder, and Veigar was doing his best to match the attack upon Ignis' chest. She saw the yearling's limbs begin to buckle against the strain, and Aryn made for another attempt to intercept. Circling to come at Ignis from almost his front, she ran forward to try and ram her shoulderblade into the crook of his own shoulder and chest (the one not-across from whichever Ignis is biting on Veigar), her snarling jaws opening with intent to come down upon the upper portion of his foreleg. A last ditch effort of working the child free of the attack.
