She didn't answer him immediately and he didn't feel her settling back into him. His paw came off his face and eyes scanned the area. He was about to get up when she reappeared with her mother. Shit.... had he blacked out again? He looked past them as Gav came in. His head lifted and he slowly readjusted himself, it would be easier for Luce to cuddle up to him this way. His eyes were on her, she looked like hell and he was gonna kick himself for not keeping a closer eye on her. His head only settled back down once luce was securely pressed back against his side. Gods she was burning up. A look at Bels had him relaxing some, at least she was up and moving and not freaking out from the looks of him. That would be disastrous, he wouldn't even be able to fight her off in his state he felt. Then gav started in with questions and when luce answered he shushed her in a hoarse voice. She sounded like he felt. Like shit. He lifted his head once more, a stern expression on his face. He didn't care what state he was in, she would come first. "Luce was, I fetched her after my hunting trip.... her first though...." he indicated towards the hardly touched bison calf he had dragged in. That would give Gav any information he needed to treat him, but he also wouldn't accept anything until Luce was treated. His voice was hoarse but he wasn't about to let the smaller younger girl suffer longer than need be. He was a warrior at heart and would face any pain like a champion to make sure luce was fixed first. Moving wasn't exactly comfortable and neither was breathing but he didn't care. Lucy was his priority. He layed his head down again looking towards Bels, she looked better now at least. He gave her a small smile, he had no ill feelings towards her after all. As his best friend and personal medic, Lucette is allowed to enter Bae-Syl's threads as she sees fit. That being said Bae-Syl is her self appointed protector and might enter threads with her in them to ensure her safety.
