He stood looking at the mess, feeling nearly hopeless. How could such small creatures create this large of a disaster? Lifting his nose slightly, he scented the wind. Thankfully, from what he could tell, the Kaicho with all of his serious squinty-ness was nowhere near enough to notice yet. Releasing a sigh of relief, knowing he would have time to tidy up the area, he froze. One ear flicked back as he heard the crunch of paws coming closer. Too loud for Hattori or his brother, those two seemed to move in silence like a shadow. Glancing over his shoulder, he was happy to see Tachi approaching and looking more teenage-like than he had last time they'd come across each other.
Returning the shoulder bump as Tachi moved past him, Kuroo smiled to himself. It was nice to see his younger siblings willing to help and feeling more adventurous about the maze. Without a word, he turned toward the other side of the clearing to start. Noticing that Tachi had begun cleaning up the scattered leaves, Kuroo agreed silently that that would be a good place to start. Making it so that their paws weren't as noisy against the packed dirt was a good idea; especially when everyone would come around later to share food and stories.
Pushing the clumps of tattered leaves into a pile toward the side where the fires would be lit, Kuroo too noticed the bits and pieces of fruit and nuts. Had the monkeys gotten into their food larder? Furrowing his brow, he looked over to the boxes where they kept snacks. Indeed, one of the lids had been pried open and left askew. These thieves really had done a number on their community area. Huffing under his breath, Kuroo finished sorting out the bits of food from the leaves and tidying up the piles for later in the evening.
Next would probably be tidying up all the tables and cushions. Moving over to where they lay scattered, Kuroo started dusting the dirt off of them. Noticing that it wasn't doing too great of a job, he went to grab a rag from a nearby basket. Dipping it in the reservoir of water they kept filled, he pulled a pillow closer to him and got to work rubbing the dirt and fruit stains out of the pillows.

kuroo's tamarin, saru, should be assumed near/on him at all times.
