“Lava Rocks” but sung to the tune of Thunderstruck

Man, he sure was in for a surprise. Too eager to barrel into the woman to notice that she had sharp, pointy quills now bristling from her coat. Of course, he had noticed the horns sticking out of the top of her skull, but that really didn't concern him. He may be a thiccc boi, but he wasn't fat. Just as his shoulder began to feel the prick of her quills digging into his skin, he made to lean out of the way of her horns coming straight for his eye. Losing most of his tail hadn't been an issue but blinding himself would be a whole different situation.

Just when he stepped to the side, all hopes of avoiding the most dangerous parts of her, he felt his weight begin to slip. A moment of panic raced through him as he realized that the ground beneath his paws was a tad slippier than he realized. Recent spring rains could do that to volcanic rock, ya know? There was no choice but for him to fall and maybe thankfully he was falling toward Modesty. Avoiding the jab of her horns, he couldn't avoid her quills altogether. Falling forward as one sometimes does when they lose their balance, he went to reach out and bite at her side. Any purchase on her skin would please the boy.

In the act of doing so, he twisted his head toward the side for a better aim at her body. During the fluster of trying to keep his wits about him, he forgot to keep his ears pinned. For now, Ghoul wouldn't notice, but later he would feel the pain of a hole being cleanly torn through his ear by one of her quills. Oops.
