Ven remained in the air, circling the pair as he kept an eye on things from above, while Nox took up position beside him, claws tipping into the ground eager and ready.
The Ancoran woman charged at him, and Tyto did the same. They came up parallel to each other's left sides, with Tyto keeping an eye on the woman's movements and positioning. She aimed to throw her shoulder into his own, and Tyto reacted by throwing his own shoulder into the attack and taking the brunt of it with the bony part of his shoulder. When she reached for his back, he would reach for the side of her neck. He allowed her to snag the loose skin and fur of his back, while his own teeth sought to bite and grip the lower portion of her extended neck. Not enough to cause much damage, but enough to cause discomfort.
