Healing or causing wounds today

Tove snarls at the bear as Kotori rushes in to rip one the beast’s ears almost completely off. It dangles from the creature’s head but a thin piece of skin and blood flows freely from the wound, coating the side of the creature’s face. It turns to swing one of its huge paws at Ko and the older woman charges back in, leaping up to tear a jagged wound into the side of grizzly’s neck. It roars, shifting its attention back to her and attempts to slam its two front legs down where she is standing.

She may be older but Tove is still quick. Reading the bear’s intent long before it starts its decent, she is able to race away and avoid the attack. Turning to face the bear once more, she notices the wound on its neck is slowly oozing blood. It is not a mortal wound but it is can be used to reach the vital arties in its neck. Muscles coil as the scarred woman prepares to open the wound a little further so can reach what lays beneath the fur and fat.
