It was important to know the political landscape of the world, and there was much to be learned from a challenge such as this one. He had little ties to the contestants, though he vaguely knew of Medusa from her time in the Menagerie. I was surprised that any wolf Wren would put her faith in would make such a move, but he did not know the details and withheld his judgement.

He was here to observe, learn, and of course to offer a measure of protection to his Alpha and mate. He made his way directly towards Wren’s side, and sat beside the beautiful tawny wolf. Leaning slightly into her, the posture marginally protective but not overly so. A small, simple declaration. His support was with her, wherever that might be. “Do you know the playing field?” He asked her softly, wondering what insights she might be able to share.
