Tiger and Wolf play nice?

Kotori had found a new bit of fun. The tiger and the wolf stared at each other. The tiger saw a fast meal and Kotori saw a new pelt. The two circled each other as the tiger schemed whatever tigers schemed and Kotori took in the momentary thrill of the kill.

The tiger finally lunged in two fast strides toward the wolf and Kotori waited for the last moment to sidestep and twist his head to leave slashes in the tiger's side. The wolf was forced to lunge away though as a moment later the cat had circled and was coming back at the wolf.

Kotori had fought more bears than tigers so he wasn’t as used to the cat's attacks. Still, he was getting more used to them as of late. Apparently, the tigers had enjoyed the last season to be more populous this year.
