The kids were quiet now, not that Gavroche could blame them when either Lucy or Bae-Syl was feeling all that well. His daughter was most certainly running a fever too and that had him rethinking his earlier statement. Had the cold set in Lucette worse than he had thought? He decided not to dwell on the thought, on the potential that he had been wrong. For now he had to focus on getting the herbs to his little one and making sure she took them in full before he moved on to Bae-Syl. He turned back to James to find that the pygmy marmoset had faithfully gotten out both of the herbs that he’d needed. The current amounts present would be too much, but that was where his knowledge as a healer had to come in. Gavroche began to sort through the two herbs, tearing through a section with his claws to separate the section he’d need for Lucy. His gaze softened once he’d done so and moved them in front of his little one though. They were placed on top of each other, meant to make taking them as easy as possible for the girl so she had less movement she had to do.
