From his tangled place on the sandy beach, Calico Jack beams his best, brightest, most charming smile at Eden. She speaks of his mother being a hoot and the pup’s head tilts in curiosity, the woman quickly reading his uncertainty at the word. Luckily, Eden explains what it means and patchwork pup squeals a happy, high pitched, puppy laugh. Somehow, the infernal trap ensnares him further and winds up on his tummy, asking the pretty wolf for her help. Thankfully, she unhooks his small body from the stuff and Jack swiftly scrambles away from thing, moving to join Eden by her side.

Wide, curious eyes look at this ‘net’ as Eden explains what it is. Mouth rounds into an ‘O’ as he listens, icy gaze shooting up to her as she offers him this prize. An eager grin splits his maw and Calico practically yells, “Yeah, yeah! Oh, I can trap ‘em like it trapped me!” Looking to seaweed net, Jack sticks his tongue out at it before a question has him looking back to Eden. “But, how do I trap ‘em? I mean, if I leave it on the floor, they might see it.” Brows furrow in consideration as he looks to the adult for answers.
