Noelle decided that she needed to expand her horizons again beyond Valhallan borders. She hadn't really left them since she joined, finding it easier to be able to walk freely without the fear of something attacking her considering her limited eyesight. Although she had been a loner roaming the wilds for a couple of years before joining, she much rather preferred the feeling of safety within the pack's borders. But as she had gone through her stores, she realized there were some materials that she needed that weren't available within Valhallan lands. So she set out towards the Weeping Woods, a spot she had passed through before and that Amorielle had said would have what she needed. The other woman offered to accompany her, but Noelle didn't want to feel like a burden nor take up her packmate's time, so she went alone.

Her journey here was a little slow going all things considered. But she had made it safely, and all she needed was some bark from the trees here so that she could use them for bandaging up wounds. She didn't know when she would need them since Valhalla was fairly quiet, but she always preferred to be prepared. Approaching the nearest willow, she poked and prodded at it until she found a bit of bark that was already starting to lift, and gently she grabbed it in her teeth and carefully stripped it away from the tree. She knew this way would be more time-consuming...but she had forgotten to bring her harvesting tools, and she didn't want to go back now that she was already here.

Ears perked at the sound of something else nearby, hearing the same sound she had just made, but a few yards further ahead. Curious, she stashed the strip of bark into her satchel and moved to find the source, only to come across a rather tall she-wolf with a coat of varying shades of grays and yellow oranges. And of course, as she turned her head a little more, she could see the antlers atop the stranger's head. The woman also seemed to be stripping the bark the same as herself, only...she had a tool. "Hello, are you harvesting willow bark as well?" She asked politely, her voice soft as it usually was.
