a boyish smirk - disconnected by blank eyes that swore into the girls gemmed eyes and white brows. a disconnect, so lost and eager to the game beneath him. a game of poker where his face was mute and still with a scowling scrawny bird man before him. (whose game is it?) "No need.." he draws out the final syllable, suddenly his far eastern parlance came too as his head lowered to grab, then proceed to flip the fish over the girl towards the bird who eagerly looked over her shoulders and plotted his next move. or so rahul would think, but he had seen far too many times the bird do something idiotic. "That is Vidvan.." His hind end rose up and attempted to walk around the woman as if to observe, finding higher bleacher seats, to watch the birds gobble down the medium-sized fish with ease and stare at him with the chatter of his long arcing beak that made a similar nose to repetitive pecking at the moon-stone behind them. toes flexing into the sand, back arching just slightly as if to stretch out from the exercise, the swaying in the ocean waves he had just gotten too. the sand caught him - memories. lost in the hush of the ocean waves that echoed off of the high walls. memories - that kissed his ears as he was convinced to try fish for the first time with a wink and a sheepish smile. early days - early her. |
My characters and I often are not in sync - IC is strictly IC.
