While they passed by the bloody spot in the snow, Oddity knew they were nearing the dens now. His ears flicked as the girl spoke to him. That wasn't what she asked? What had she asked then, he didn't quiet understand. The male stopped to perk his ears, wondering if he was being paranoid or if he could hear something. Deciding to blow it off he began to speak again as they neared the dens. "I'm not sure what you mean then Abelinda, you asked what I think about the war, and I simply answered what I did think of it. If you mean weather we will win or not, well that it left up to our strength. I know nearly none of these wolves other than Lova and Isar along with his children Satis and Taurig, and taurig is no longer with us. So I cannot judge something upon what I have not seen. The same goes for Valhallans, I do not know them." Oddity tried his best to explain. As they reached the dens and his eyes fell upon the one they had slept in. There seemed to be something moving in it. A deep growl left his throat with a flick of his tail.
Once the wolf got a closer wolf it was apparent two wolverines had gotten into the den with a dead deer. Or rather the bones they were crushing between their teeth to eat. Such vicious creatures, he growled deep in his throat and raised his hackles. Disgusting beasts didn't belong where these wolves stood. His lips pulled back in a snarl as the two creatures raised their head. Letting out their usual annoying screams tails flicking behind them. They'd be easy to get rid of, well maybe. Wolverines were unpredictable and annoying creatures. He knew he wouldn't let them touch Abelinda though. Her blood was precious, as was his feelings for her as well.
