Sharpen the Knife

Thalia studied her, her expression neutral but scrutinizing. Though she hadn't been entirely sure a spar was what the girl was looking for, but she'd heard the slight edge of frustration in her voice and she was glad she'd made a good guess. Slowly she nodded in understanding, shifting her weight where she stood. "Sure," came her easy answer. She was glad to jump right into things and skip the small talk.

Who would start? She gave a low hum as she considered it. Instead of answering though she simply charged the younger wolf, lowering her center of gravity and diving straight toward her. Of course she wasn't aiming to do any real damage, just to hopefully throw her off balance. At the last second, Thalia swung around to her side, aiming to bring her right paw up and down onto Marchosias' shoulder, hoping to disrupt her balance from the get-go. She was curious to see how she reacted to being lunged at unprompted, deciding she'd make her next move based on that.
