It was obvious that Audra kept herself in good shape. While her frame was small, she was built well enough for speed and agility. Dodging branches and rocks as best she could with her limited eyesight, she took one glance back toward Torben. At first, she thought he was going to lag behind. Possibly make it easy for her to win? In her mind, that was considered rude! Just because he had longer legs didn't mean she wasn't faster than him. Determined to prove a point as she noticed him stretching his stride, she focused back on the race at hand. Pushing her muzzle forward, ears folded, and tongue back in her mouth, she raced toward the finish line.
