She seemed to materialize out of nowhere. Finan's keen gaze, however, spotted the movement of brown fur among the trees as she appeared from the treeline and the woman would greet him, letting him know whose borders he was standing at along with her name. Wren... Simple enough to remember. She asked him what she could help him with, and the youth balked a little. He wasn't so much shy as he was feeling nervous. This was perhaps the first time he'd truly been on his own since his uncle took care of the orphaned boy. He shifted his paws beneath him, drawing a deep breath before exhaling to try and calm his nerves.

"I er...m' name is Finan, I used t' live in these parts when I was a wee lad. Er, still sort of a wee lad though, aren't I?" Okay, so far so bad. While he was a yearling, he would be two come Summer. "I mean to say, I was born here...I suppose I figured I'd like to see what this new pack is like, would ye mind tellin' me, Warden?" He was pretty sure his nervousness was showing. He wasn't used to this sort of thing, but he was sure that when things got settled, he'd find that nervousness disappear.
