The other woman managed to pivot out of the way, though Tel's claws managed to graze her, but it wasn't quite the hit she was trying for. Tenshi ended up facing her shoulder, lunging towards her to close the distance as she felt teeth closing in around her scruff. Growling in surprise and mild frustration, Tel replanted her paws, came to an abrupt stop like a bronco trying to make its rider smack into the back of its head or neck and threw her head back. If she was lucky, her new antlers would smack against Tenshi's own and rattle her, or perhaps even get between and knock her on the head (though not too hard, she wasn't trying to knock her out!) She was still figuring out how to fight with these things, and so far, this was the first time that they might help her when someone tried to grab her the way Tenshi just did.
