They wrestled in trying to bring each other down. Tyto had a solid grip on the side of the woman's neck, though she was trying to yank and twist from his grasp, he held on the best he could. She would manage to get her right foreleg up and over him, through the fur he held onto, the male would grin. His lynx companion dove in, aiming to swipe at Nuru's hind legs in an effort to get them to buckle if not swipe them out from under her completely to get her to go down. Tyto kept himself braced on three legs while his  foreleg closest to Nuru swiped out to try and hook around her grounded leg and he was ready to let go of his bite and let her fall should he and his companion be successful!
