a challenge!

There is little that happens within the purple pup’s family that she does not notice. For example, when Vanta trots out into the woods, Andromeda is there, right behind her, silently slipping from shadow to shadow. It isn’t that she is trying to be quiet, it just seems that she is built that way.

They make it to the furthest border where Andy’s small body stands hidden behind a large tree trunk. Vanta tips her head back and releases a squeaky howl which has little Andy blinking in surprise and looking back the way they had come, wondering if there was another of their siblings out there.

After a moment, the purple pup peels away the tree, materializing from the shadows to step up and accept her sister’s call. Andromeda has never really fought anyone but the thrill of trying something new has her squaring up with Vanta. A soft smile is offered as the pup relaxes down into a play bow, tail arched over her back and wagging as she waits for her sister to make the first move.
