Having a litter of puppies roaming the lands had always managed to keep Zee on her toes, but now that land was an unforgiving mountain in the frigid north - not a great spot for a helicopter parent to raise anyone. Were her first nine children this exhausting, or was it because she was getting old? Gods, nevermind. She didn't even want to think about her age, nor what her age might have done to the kids born particularly... different. Two born nearly blind and a third with a limb that was as stiff and rigid as the crystal growths that embraced it. Zee could not help but feel at fault. Coming up on Crux she did not aim for subtlety. The last thing she wanted was to spook the pup right into the flames. "Pretty, hmm?" Coming up alongside him and lowering herself to her own belly, Zee turned her head to rest her cheek on her paw and watched his fire-lit face. "What does it make you think of?"

Zee has a rough scaled bush viper companion as well as a toucan, who unless otherwise stated can assume to not be present.
