Full bellies

The scarred woman is out running the borders, reinforcing scent markers as she goes, when her leader’s call reaches her ears. Head snaps in the direction of the howl, ears perking forward in curiosity as he paws immediately angle her back toward where Kotori is.  Tove easily falls into a fast jog to go meet him, only slowing when she approaches the meeting area where he called from.

Spying Ko, she moves toward him and slows until she comes a stop before him. With a bow of respect, Tove’s rough voice breaks the silence as she says, “You called, Sumatar?” She uses his official title, not in jest, but because he earned it. Kotori fought tooth and claw for this pack and Tove wishes to honor his hard-fought position. With that she waits for him to signal her to sit so they may talk.
