a challenge!

The girls fight, Vanta attacking Andromeda’s toes and the purple pup squealing in excitement and mock horror. Tumbling around, Andy laughs in between her vicious, high-pitched snarls and only mildly deep growls, as she thoroughly enjoys the time with her sister. Flopping on top of her sibling, Andy lets out a triumphant, “HA!” thinking, for the briefest of moments, that she has won. However, Vanta has other ideas and the painful bites continue, distracting the purple pup and causing her weight to shift.

Dang, Vanta is slippery! The cream and turquoise form of her sister wiggles out from under her and Andy immediately changes tactics, flopping over onto her side to try and smack her sister into submission. Paws strike out as she sees Vanta’s muzzle coming for her ear and Andromeda squeals her fear and glee while aiming to shove her sister’s mouth away. She aims to try and grab one of Vanta’s toes in retaliation and to claim her victory. Happiness pounds through the small pup in time with her heartbeat and a great laugh spills out into the evening air.
