With Kane sent back to their den to look after their children, Tamsyn stayed behind to be with Ash for at least a day or two after finding her in the grapevine cathedral. She had no doubt that she was safe here within the borders of The Hallows and she knew that her other children would take care of their sister, but she still couldn't leave her little girl behind in her current state. There was so much she wanted to say, so much she wanted to catch up with her on, but she didn't want to rush it. There was no telling what kind of terrors her daughter had gone through in this stretch of time since she had last seen her and she wanted to move at Ash's pace. She had stayed with Asheila in the infirmary for the remainder of the day before and into the night, just sitting near by while she slept, before finally going across the hall to one of the guest rooms so she herself could get a bit of sleep. It wasn't very deep sleep between the worry over her daughter and missing Kane and her youngest children, but it was sleep regardless.

The next morning Tamsyn went to the food stores and got a bit of breakfast for them both, placing the meat butchered from a rabbit into a cloth to make it easier to carry. She went to the infirmary, quietly pushing open the door and closing it behind her just as gently so she wouldn't disturb her daughter if she was still sleeping. Walking over to her bed, Tam couldn't help but smile softly when she saw her. It was just such a relief to finally know where all of her children were. She had heard form Art that Bowen was traveling, but once she returned then she would finally have all of her and Resin's children under one roof again and that felt like such a weight off of her shoulders. There had been a guilt that rested heavily on her in the wake of Resin's illness and passing, feeling as if she wasn't enough to keep all of their children safe and together on her own, but somehow she was managing to pull the strings back together and that eased that worry quite a bit.

She sat their bundled up breakfast off to the side on a table near Ash's cot and settled down on her haunches at the edge of the bed, waiting patiently for Ash to wake up on her own. She knew how badly her daughter needed this rest so she was willing to wait as long as it took.
