The Warlord leaned back on his hunches, all the image of a retired father watching his kids do all the work. There was a light smirk on his face, even with the mingled annoyance at the presumption of the pirates. But raiding was a part of pack life, and he was more than happy for himself and the pack to put them back in their place. To remind them why the Armada was a force to be reckoned with. Perhaps the reminder would help with the growing tensions between the two packs. He listened to Azure’s speech as he finished donning his bracers. The now ageing leather fit to his fur like a second skin. “The first non-Azure wolf to take out a pirate gets a pay rise!” He called out for the hells of it, grinning as his companions fell into step beside him and made his way into the forest to sniff out some pond-water skum.
