Gossamer settled easily into the familiar routine of patrolling. Just the movement of walking about the territory could be meditative and she enjoyed watching the lands around her change from season to season. A cool north wind was blowing through and it made her wonder how soon fall would arrive. Her wandering mind halted at Azure's alarm call. Trespassers. Gossamer kicked up black sand as she raced from the beach toward the woods . She already had a pretty good guess as to who it was trampling over Armada territory and when she arrived she snarled. The fucking pirates. She knew it was only a matter of time.

Fights broke out around her and it seemed each of the pirates was engaged. She half considered jumping in to help her sister Aris but she had a sense there was at least one more pirate arrive. The old bitch would show, she felt certain of it.
