They had gathered a good collection of shellfish and made their way to where Ignis had the fire going. Thankfully he had fresh water available and set something up to help the kids cook the soup. At this point he was supervising them due to Rivin's plea and with delight the kid had set to grabbing some other things for their soup. It wasn't going to be the tastiest soup ever but at least the kids were trying.

"I don't know much about cooking either… but my dad is helping us! You go ahead and wash what we found. I'll work on breaking up some of the plants to put in the soup." She moved to the wild onion that had likely been found in the Gulley with all the other plants, as well as some parsley. She started to tear them up with her teeth, excited about what the soup might taste like when they were done.
