A peaceful stroll
Cerberus

Cerberus was happy to take Ruse wherever she wanted to go. He knew of her want and curiosity of the lands beyond their island back at Fenmyre, and now he had much more time on his paws to be able to take her places to explore. He was a little older now too, and with their family dispersed between lands he felt like he was more capable than ever to be her guide. They didn't have huge responsibilities back in Elysium, so they could spend a night or two out here on their travels.
As they moved forward through the changing lands, Cerberus at first was looking around at their surroundings in the strange captivity of the land around them. Everything seemed to change though as he looked forward at Ruse and saw her taking everything in. Things that he hadn't really realized she'd never seen before. He smiled with a quiet hum to himself and pushed forward through the knolls.
His gentle eyes kept on her as she spoke, giving him that hint of how this may have been her first time seeing this. It was not for him, "Dad and I came here last autumn." Just that glimpse that he had seen the atmosphere like this before. "I haven't been through here, though the autumn brought doesn't seem quite the same." His eyes moved over the landscape as he pushed forward again. It looked like autumn, it smelled like autumn, but there was this eerie sense that it was almost to good to be true. It wasn't natural for sure, but nothing seemed to be deceptive. Under the sparse trees of the knolls, Cerberus looked back to his sister with a daring grin turning up on his maw before he flicked some of the fallen leaves towards her.
