Hannibal, the Rat, lingered beneath the leaves for some time. He anticipated the yearling's response but was shocked to hear a cheery voice. His lame attempt at spooking the small Klein was a failure. But it honestly didn't bother him too much. Perhaps his old man schemes were lost on the newer generation. "Are you a Klein too?" Little Rat feet carried his tiny form from under the brush and towards his grandson. He stopped a few feet in front of the boy and looked up at him with blood red eyes. "Is that not obvious?" A joke met with a small squeak of a chuckle. The squeak did catch Hannibal by surprise and he felt a little weird about it. But, he chose to act like it never happened. The man skittered around Ichor, doing a complete circle around the boy, before returning to his previous spot. Eyes took in his speckled pelt those brilliant mismatch eyes. "My name is Hannibal Klein." His nose twitched involuntarily. "Who are you ?"
