Never had a grandparent before...

Ichor hadn't really taken the time to imagine who could be hiding in the bush, he didn't know many wolves who were his height but surely he couldn't be the only one in his family who'd never gotten all that tall. Sure maybe they hadn't been smushed by their much larger twin brother in the womb but... Well, it was safe to say he hadn't expected to see a rat step out from under the brush. His eyes grew wide for a moment and weirdly enough the usually chatty wolf found words failing him. Then he laughed. He watched the rat circle around him before stopping in front of him. "Mom always did say you were a rat." A little gauche maybe, but all things considered Ichor wasn't sure exactly what he was looking at. Was this just a rat who'd learned his grandfather's name or was this something else? He's heard rumors of ghosts but not of any rats claiming to be dead wolves.

"I'm Ichor Klein." He said simply enough, lowering himself down to peer curiously at the rodent who claimed his grandfather's name. He'd never met the man, and had no concept of what to even expect beyond there being a reason his mother talked so infrequently about her own parents but when she did had nothing nice to say. This was much more interesting than that though. He silently wondered if he was about to be avenged for all the rats he'd killed and kept the corpses of over his life, all the Franks...
