A few days passed since Banshee and Verity were accepted into Ashen. So far they had just been getting acclimated to pack life and resting. Little Verity needed some time to recover from such a rigorous and emotional journey. But, Banshee felt as though it was time to get out and do something together. So, as the morning was settling in and Ban lifted from her slumber she decided to go get her daughter a snack. The fanged woman made her way to the pack's fresh catch stores and plucked a good sized Rabbit from the piles. Ver was very tiny and really didn't eat a lot in one sitting so they could easily share one for breakfast.

Banshee dropped the Rabbit to the ground and padded to her daughter's sleeping form. She leaned down to nudge Verity awake before sitting down next to the youngling. "Good morning." A pause. "Eat up, we are going on an adventure." She knew the mention of adventure would stir the pup.
