For the first time since coming back to these lands Banshee was exploring beyond Ashen's territory. She felt rather comfortable leaving Verity for a little bit since she was spending some time with Seere doing healing training. Ban knew her daughter was in safe company and figured this might be her only chance for a bit to get out for a bit. As a Mother she didn't really need much time alone but she knew it was healthy to steal those moments when she could. Especially after the journey she had been on. Escaping a dreadfully toxic relationship with a six month old pup was nothing but stressful. It was why she had been so hesitant to leave her daughter in the first place. Banshee wasn't sure if her ex would try to track her down or not. She doubted he could, Ban made sure to cover their tracks well. When they first took off she and her daughter took mud baths to cover their scents and she took odd paths to throw him off. But, there was still that worry in the back of her head that reminded her to make this trip short and sweet. Initially Banshee didn't know what she wanted to do with her free day but when that familiar voice filled her ears she couldn't resist. A nervous heat slithered through her veins as she ran towards The Battlefield. She wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival. Would her former adoptive father terrorize her with guilt? Or would he be happy to see her? Or maybe he wouldn't want anything to do with her. Banshee was prepared for all of the above. She did not want to exist in the same realm as the male without at least having some words with him. Despite leaving when she was younger Ban still cared for the male. He was like the father she never had, or deserved. Blue eyes fell upon that massive form and emotion washed over her. Her breathing was heavy after the long run but she paid it no mind. What was bothersome was how fast her heart was racing. Not only from the exercise but mostly from the anxiety welling in her chest. Ban felt like a pup returning home knowing they are about to get harshly scolded by a parent. Her steps slowed to a stop, putting ten feet between them. The fanged woman allowed her eyes to connect with his own as she tried to tame her breathing. Impatiently the breathless woman spoke, "Sirius." That was all she could, or knew to, say in the moment. There was so much swimming in her mind. The fact that she had truly missed him or an explanation of where she had been. Of course he owed as much, but Banshee was at a loss of words. Banshee looked the man dead in the eye, "Fight me." As the words were said the babe's lips lifted and teeth were bared. Earthen toned hackles rolled upward and ears flicked back. She was ready for whatever the behemoth had to throw at her, knowing full well that this was going to be an incredibly hard battle. Banshee vs Sirius for Spar
