Black cat

Chade had gone with Ruse to patrol the stone garden borders, jogging along looking for any sign of trouble.  The blue-toned wolf enjoyed the chore, always hopeful of finding a bear to kill.  He would never forgive the lumbering giants for the action of one of their kind.  Scouting ahead his cheetah, Swift, roamed about helping in their search.

In the end Chade’s hope of finding a fight came true but it wasn’t s fun as a bear.  The giant cat appeared to be tiger though, it was completely black.  There were technically stripes in there but it was just a matter of dark grey on black.  Chade smelled it about the same moment as Swift ran back towards Chade to say she saw it.  There was no need for Chade and Ruse to race to the tiger, it had decided to chase after Swift.

“No ya don’t,” Chade snarled at the black cat, running forward.  “Hey Ruse, don’t you think this cat will make a pretty pelt?”  Chade shoved himself in the pth between cheetah and tiger.  Chade slammed his right shoulder into the cat's left, making it shift a bit off balance but it was fast to turn to retaliate. The black tiger spun to bite at Chade which had the blue wolf spinning about to keep out of range of its fangs.  

Swift was slowly circling about, the cheetah being much more cautious when she fought.
