A Meeting with a Name

So far life within Avalon was peaceful, which was exactly what Corvus could've hoped for. In his older age it wasn't like he had a lot of grand hopes and dreams - a simple life with Twig was all he really wanted. Whatever that looked like he was less sure now than he'd once been, but this pack so far was proving to be a fine place to settle down. Still he needed to branch out and get to know his packmates, but that was a slow and steady process. He made his way to the meeting with ease, noting the way his limbs felt a little stiff before standing. The colder weather didn't help but he wasn't getting any younger regardless and he was beginning to feel it. Staying active would surely help things. Loping toward the Range, he found his wife inside the barn there alongside Corbie and a few other pack members. He offered her a warm smile as he settled in at her side, grateful for the reprieve from the snow and cold for a moment. |
