Ruse smiled a little as Cerberus reassured her with his similar hope that they would see the rest of their family soon. She nodded and looked back out over the water, wondering to herself for a moment where they were and what they were doing. She had been so incredibly close to her mother and father back when they were living on the island and she wondered how it would be now that she had been living away from them for some time. She felt like she had grown up a lot since they moved to Elysium, both physically and mentally, but what would that mean for her relationship with her parents? She felt like she had been so dependent on them at one point, partially just because of how much she had wanted to be around them and partially because of how protective their father had been, but now that she had come into her own would they have an issue with how independent she had become?
She blinked with surprise when Cerberus' foreleg wrapped around her and pulled her into his side, but she didn't resist and instead leaned into him with a smile on her lips, her eyes closing for a moment as she enjoyed the hug he gave her. Cerberus really had made this transition into living in Elysium so much easier than it might have been otherwise. She wasn't sure if she would have stayed here if it wasn't for him, but she had and she was glad for it. As he lifted his head from hers and asked what she thought she would do when they came back, she glanced up at him, pondering it for a moment. She knew that Albion would likely stay in Elysium since there was plans for him there which meant Scylla and Cerberus likely would as well. As much as she missed her parents, she knew had to remember everything that moving here had done for her–and how much she was enjoying living her life here with Cerberus. "I would want to visit them, of course, but... I think I'd like to keep living here with you, Albion, and Scylla," she finally replied after a moment of thought. Maybe she'd feel differently when the time came, but she didn't think so. She was happy here and what else could she really ask for?
