Really? Pirates? Like boats and yarharhar and everything?

She had caught the scent of this pack sniffing around the orchard quite some time back, but between one thing and the other hadn't actually gotten to visiting them. She'd not quite worked her way through all the packs - there were quite a few more yet, but the work of the harvest had taken up most of the late summer and all of autumn, so she had temporarily set that goal aside. With the midwinter festival in the works, though, she wanted to finish introducing Avalon to the various alphas, and winter gave her some extra time to do so. To that end, she found herself at the border of the pack that, apparently, called themselves pirates. They, too, had been at the pack challenge that had earned her Avalon, though they hadn't supported Kotori. She didn't think they quite supported her, either, though, so she had no illusions about where they stood. Pirates indeed. Shaking her head, she schooled her expression and raised her muzzle to call for the alpha.
