Nothing like a raid to get your blood flowing

Indigo stopped and debated for a long time if he should keep Aia in his mane or leave her safe in the den. Letting her come along would be a great opportunity for learning, but Indigo’s protectiveness for his daughter ran too deep. So he promised her to come along next time as he adorned his armor before kissing her forehead and making his way towards the battlefield.

He had taken too long getting Aia set up safely, resulting in his somewhat late arrival. The rest of the pack was already fully engaged with their opponents. His sharp blue eyes looked to each wolf that he did not recognize, all of them matched up until he nearly missed the similarly colored horned she wolf. A sharp barn left his fanged mouth as he aimed to get her attention before he began his assault.

While he knew he was to be taking this seriously it was hard to put in his full force when his opponent was a smaller she wolf and this was only supposed to be practice. He wasn’t going to roll over for her, but he wasn’t going to let her pass unless she could defeat him. He knew she would likely be much lighter on her paws, it wouldn’t be to his advantage to have her on the defensive. Using his long reach his first attack was a huge swipe with his sharp clawed paws to slash across her shoulder and chest.
