It was time for them to go head to head with their allies. Ifrit was rusty in his fighting game to say the least. He had really let himself slack off...the joys of him getting comfortable in a pack, he supposed. When he was with the band, he had absolutely no choice but to fight to survive. Else he'd die, and he wasn't keen on dying anytime soon. He followed the others in silence until they reached the borders, and when Avacyn sounded the call, he readied himself for battle, his two dogs at his side now full grown and still inexperienced. They'd been doing some training together, but not as much as he should've been doing. He figured he probably wouldn't do so well today. But hey, it's not like it was a serious raid. He just hoped he could at least get by enough that he wouldn't look like too much of a loser to the pack he lived in. He still didn't know them well enough. Something he had considered changing, but just...hadn't. Not yet anyway. He wasn't sure where to even begin with that, but ah...back to the matter at hand. Looking around, fights began to break out left and right, but none had come at him quite yet. He kept his wits about him, though he had a look as if he were bored and didn't really want to be here. He wasn't exactly keen on proving how much he had let himself stagnate... |
