Siren was born on the archipelago after Ashen had been moved to the islands and shrine. She didn’t ever live here in the western lands. Now that Chimera had recovered and decided not to rebuild Fenmyre she was starting to get comfortable here in Ashen. They were given a sprawling cave system within the redwater rocks. She was thankful there wasn’t much actual water because the red tinted walls easily stained her pale white paws. Siren was habitually a very clean wolfess, so she made sure that their home was free of dust and dirt to avoid having red paws.

The tiny she wolf kept herself busy, after wondering if Chimera would make it through his illness or not her heart and soul hurt. She had to throw herself into her work to not break down thinking about losing him, or thinking about her two babies. Scylla and Albion were no longer babies, they had no need for her and were forging their own way in the world. However comforting that thought was, Siren missed her little jelly beans dearly, and knowing that she wouldn’t be having anymore children again put more pain in her chest.

She cursed her tiny, frail body, but had to appreciate Chimera for his sense and protectiveness. Albi and Scylla had nearly killed her, and yet she still had a desire to try again. Siren shoved the thought from her mind as it became too intrusive, the emotions boiled up to become little crystalline tears at the corners of her shimmering gaze. Siren shook her head, trying to forget the sad fact of life as she returned to organizing her herbs within her new apothecary.
