When she wasn’t immediately met with an answer to her inquiry, she pushed the door open a little bit further. Though she remained at the threshold, from where she stood, it seemed that none of the healers were awake yet- or at least, none practicing. With a quiet sigh, she came to the conclusion that she would just have to tough out the throbbing pain until someone did come around to provide her any sort of medicinal aid. But just as she turned to leave the infirmary for the lounge a short way down the hall, her aunt’s voice echoed through the otherwise silent corridor. A sleepy grin spread across her features, both in affectionate greeting, and relief that maybe she wouldn’t have to wait so long to be seen after all. “I’m okay!” Talyssa immediately answered, confident that her injury wasn’t life-threatening by any means. However, it seemed that Gwynevere was already making an assessment for herself. Holding it up, she offered her wrist a more clear initial inspection “It just hurts a little.” However, her aunt was already sweeping her into the infirmary to pursue whatever course of action she saw fit.

Once inside, she remained still as she watched Gwyn set to her task- admiring her aunt in her chosen skill set as she moved around the herb store in fluid motion. It didn’t take but a few moments before she was invited to take a seat while she waited for the healer to finish her preparations. Hesitating a moment, Talyssa’s pale gaze eventually found one of the cots closest to the stocked shelves. Crossing the distance between the door and her chosen spot, she hopped up on the stretched cloth to await further instruction. Momentarily looking down once she settled to get a better view of her coyote bite herself, in the unfiltered light of dawn as it shined through the windows that lined the exterior wall.
