The peculiar Kaicho definitely had her interest. When he had asked if she knew how to swim, she had half expected him to invite her to do so. He must have been thinking about swimming for him to ask that kind of question after all. But instead, he offered something like encouragement … but it still managed to lack enthusiasm. It was more like he had been reading off a fact. You will improve. A smirk broke her features as she looked up to him, eventually offering a nod. Just as she was preparing to ask him how well he could swim, his sudden movement caused her words to catch.
Talyssa quickly followed his line of sight out to the ocean to whatever illicit such a curious response. But when the giant creature broke through the surface to spray a stream of air in the distance, she immediately gasped. “Is that a monster?!” She asked Hattori, wondering if it would swim to the shore to get them.
