Morgan had only been gone a day, she had tried to find her daughter to make things right but had no luck. She didn't want to worry her love, Lovatt, so she tried not to stay gone for long. She had caught a rabbit a mile or so away from the den they had been staying in only to carry it into the den proudly. She was deflated when she had found no sign of him in or near their home.

All she found of him was that of a scent an hour or more old. Retreating to the opening of the den, she sat to wait for him to return to her. Their den was close enough to the boarder of Valhalla that she would have been able to hear a howl or call for help if it were to come from within the Valhallan territory. She had never once thought that the call of help would come from her beloved husband.

The call was short which meant one thing to the ivory woman, she needed to move quickly. She shot from the mouth of the den just as fast as her legs would take her. The thought hang in there, I'm coming kept running through her mind along with the fear of only arriving in time to see a limp figure laying on the ground, cold and bloody.

The scent of blood sent Morgan into panic mode and her legs moved faster as her thoughts raced through her mind. None of them good. When she arrived in the clearing, just at the edge of the trees, she slid to a stop. Just as she had feared he was on the ground, unmoving with two wolves standing over him. One male, an albino and the other a female also white but with dark rings around her eyes. Both had his blood on them. She shook her head in disbelief at first. She had only just gotten him back, he couldn't be gone.

As soon as the denial had come, it was gone only to be replaced by sadness. She had lost everything. Her brother and both sons were no where to be found, one daughter was dead and the other wouldn't speak to her. Her family before her family was taken from her and she still hadn't gotten all of her memories back. Now her one and only love was taken from her as well. Tears formed and fell from Sapphire blue eyes.

It wasn't until her vision was blurry and her breathing cut up with sobs that she remembered the two wolves who stood over Lovatt's body. Anger struck then. Blinking the blurriness away she had lost them in a cloud of bloody, fighting wolves and the occasional cat or companion. She would never forget their faces. In her mind they were now a marker in this land that must be removed at all costs. Those costs included maiming and even killing whoever got in her way.

Eyes that once held love and shown brightly and kindly to almost everyone, now dull and full of hate, scanned the crowed of warriors in search of the two instigators she now looked to kill. She moved silently but quickly to the battles edge, ready for battle. The first wolf to attack her would get a large portion of that anger, but she planned to make the man and woman suffer for what they did to Lovatt.
