His opponent managed to dodge his horns for the most part, though his bristles would make some form of irritating contact. Diablo growled as the two brawled, his tail lashing and muscular limbs keeping him ready to move at a moments notice, though considering he had little experience in an actual fight, he probably just looked like a lanky confused teenager. Tachi managed to grab onto Diablo's horn with his teeth, earning another growl from Diablo as he sought to wrench his head away before driving it back towards his opponent with a powerful swing of his head to rattle his brain a bit. Simultaneously, rose a bit on his hind legs as he sought to throw his forelimbs around Tachi's neck, aiming to use his grippier paw hands to grab the side of his neck with one and smack the living daylights out of Tachi with the other. A well-placed slap to the face could daze someone, right?
