Something has taken Tate over, taken hold of his actions. Something otherworldly. There was no telling exactly what it had been, only that it made him feel alive. Alive in a way that he'd never felt before. A rush of blood straight to the head. Adrenaline, and something more. Something better? Something worse. Better and worse, all at once. Pulling away from the scrape victorious, bloody, the point where his shoulder and chest met bleeding. A deep wound, but a wound that he'd earned. More than earned. Fuck that felt good.

Head high, standing at the fullest extent of his height, Tate scanned the throng of Pirates and koi where they surrounded him. There had to be someone else. There had to be another. Potato was fucking high on it. High on adrenaline. High on victory. High on life. A rush that he'd never experienced before. A dangerous drug for an addictive personality. He needed the next Pirate to bend beneath his paws.
